Can Speedy sign up my account for me?

Of course we can.  We are here to help!  You can call our helpdesk or email us at Contact Us and we can get you started.

Can I see a demo?

Yes.  We are sure you won’t be disappointed, but if you are there is no obligation.  Or you can review our video tutorials  to see working demos of each component of our service.  You can also sign up for our one month trial without obligation.

What is Speedy Clock?

Speedy Clock is a clock in clock out system allowing your employees to create timesheets by letting us know where they are.  Our GPS tracking (coming very soon) allows for real time location verification.

What is a one way time sheet?

“Speedy your way”, which was an original name of our one way time sheet, is our most versatile and flexible product.  It allows multiple time entries for multiple clients, invoicing and has an export feature which allows sorting in excel or uploading to your accounting and payroll software. This timesheet is useful for busy professionals or consultants who record their worked time in detail.

What is Speedy Approve?

Speedy Approve or two way, introduces our first product with real time approval, thus allowing your clients and customers to sign off on time spent on their projects, without the need for passing round paper timesheets.

Does speedy work for contractors/freelancers?

It does, our timesheet solution for contractors allows real time interaction between all contracting parties, including your agency.  With our notifications, any specific instructions are logged for all to see.  This solution reduces the timesheet approval time and accordingly make the payment process more efficient.

Does Speedy provide a compliant payment solution?

We have a number of compliant solutions for contractors.  See our contractor payment solutions page for a detailed illustration, or call our helpdesk to match a solution for your needs.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes of course.  You can pay by credit card. 

Can I pay by direct debit?

Yes, we have a direct debit payment solution.

Do I have to sign a contract?

We issue a contract and a service level agreement for your protection.  We don’t however tie you in, you are free to leave at any time.

Is support included?

Yes of course – our dedicated support team is here to help you.
